Each item in my shop is made individually to order and can be personalized for a unique, bespoke finish. Charming details such as handmade prints make each item extra special.

I usually need about 5-14 days to sew the clothes after order
NOTE: all FAUNA clothes are made-to-order and take from one to two weeks to prepare.

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days upon delivery, in a perfect condition and returned to us with original packaging and have original labelling on them . Faulty items can be exchanged to the same type of product .
IMPORTANT:
• Custom orders that change our models can not be returned.
• We do not offer a free returns service unless product is determined to be damaged or defective. You are responsible for the shipment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

SHIPPING
Delivery time
• Orders to United Kingdom are normally received within 2-4 working days
• Orders European countries are normally received within 1 week
• Orders to all other ends of the world are normally received within 10 days
•Please note that shipping time does not include making time. It generally takes between 2-10 days for the garments to be made. If you need it fast, please send us a message first so that we can ensure we can get it to you
